I am in the process of installing all the extensions into the master site.

I have several built sites and two of them have the SOB12 and adsmanager comps and are populated with client data and categories.

If I install theses comps into the master site will it not overwrite all this data?

Each built sites have a suffix to it's domain and resides in it's own sub directory and so have their databases.

List of domain names

....com/property
....com/cars

etc...

Looking at your slave site video it seems to refer to a complete new installation.

I am worried if I do this it will overwrite my existing site?

See the answer that I have already done for the same question in a previous post of yourself.

In summary, search where are saved the configuration.
If on disk, it may be overwritten by each re-installation except if you use the JMS website replication (template)

This is true for any extension that save its configuration in a file on disk instead of in the DB.

The DB content is specific to each website and therefore the re-installation does not affect the DB content.
