Hi Edwind.

First at all thank you for your help.

Well, I´m working on linux centos 5 and plesk 10. I have a master site in www.masterdomain.com, when I create a template with www.masterdomain.com/multisites/{site_id} www.masterdomain.com/multisites/{site_id} It work fine for http & https but if I create a template with subdomain.masterdomain.com/{site_id} (is a real different hosting from the master in the same server with basedir none)It only work for http, for https I obtain a blank page.

Can you help me please?

Thank you
celso

If you have a blank page, this probably mean that you have a fatal error somewhere.
As you are working on Plesk, this might be due to a permission error.
Search the reason in the log file of you domain.
Normally you should have a directory /logs beside your httpdocs directory where the error are written.

In the error log file, you should have information on the reason of the blank page.

YES it is possible to define domain with https

You just have to setup your Plesk correctly and provide the appropriate permission.
Plesk is not easy to configure and may require several hours to setup a domain or subdomain correctly.
As each Plesk installation is specific, it is not possible to create a document or a video that give the procedure to setup Plesk correctly.
The only thing that we can suggest you is to contact your hosting company and read the Plesk help appendix II that explain how to setup specific vhost.conf in case where you need to fix setting in the Plesk default configuration provided by your installation.
