I usually use the Ninja RSS - Syndicator (formaly known as the brust cancer free projeckt syndication soft) ninjaforge.com/index.php?option=com_ninj...id=74&Itemid=245 to create the rss feeds for a site, as these are much more flexble than the joomla standard rss syndication.

Is there any alternative which will work together with multisites available? If not, maybe you guys will create a patch so we can use this rss syndicator?

Today, the standard joomla RSSis wroking and used by some customers.
Concerning the Ninja, we will review it.
