Change of database connection to filter or read another website require to change the code of the extension.
This is not something automatic but require development.
This need that the developer of the extension use our Jms Multi Sites APIs to perform the call to the DBs. In fact use the Site ID to access a DB rather than the joomla DB connection.

If your new question is simply relative on how to a login in a website, you just have to use the standard joomla login to access a specific website. Either from the back-end or from the front-end.
