I have installed multisite in for joomla 1.7, after installation when i go to manage sites it give me error "Failed loading XML file .... " so I try to check paches then so many other xmL erros. Please help

Already with your post title, it seems that you didn't installed JMS correctly as the languages files does not seems to be present.

In addition, the xml file is also something that is copied by the Joomla installer at the end of the installation. So I suppose that the installation failled.

Check the tutorial video 3 for the procedure to install JMS.
Perhaps you can use the installation from a directory.
