I have noticed other problem with your "rewritebase" implementation.
You are using the SCRIPT_NAME that has purpose to read your current URL info that is wrong.

The RewriteBase must be computed based on the target "domain name" and not your current master "domain URL".

I am rewritting completly your code to propose a similar functionality based on new action "rewrite" in the next release of JMS
