TOPIC: Use Template with new DB

Use Template with new DB 15 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hi

when working from a template site I'd like to have the option to replicate the master DB to a new db rather than within the master.

bwkeyboardman already posted about it here...
www.jms2win.com/forum?func=view&id=343&catid=7

So I'm in support of that thread

I havent got too far into working with multisite (or joomla) yet, but a afaik a joomla install with a good numbers of addon components can easily have +100 tables.

If you replicated x100 sites thats a pretty unwieldy db to admin

thanks for considering.
