The default rule present in JMS are mainly designed for TLD (Top Level Domain) with only 1 word (ie. ".com")

When using a TLD with 2 words like (.co.uk), you need to update or create new JMS rules.

This may affect the default JMS template rules like xxxxxSubdomains where you have the location on the disk that is like
{home}/domains/{site_id-2}.{site_id-1}/subdomains/{site_id-3}{public}

It is supposed to have a subdomains like

subdomain.domain.com
3 2 1

In case of TLD .co.uk
subdomain.domain.co.uk
4 3 2 1

You can see that you have 4 elements instead of 3 in the site ID.
So the location on the disk should be adjusted as

{home}/domains/{site_id-3}.{site_id-2}.{site_id-1}/subdomains/{site_id-4}{public}

I hope this will help you reviewing your rules

In JMS, there is also a setting to allow recognizing the composed TLD as single word.
See the JMS setting / Top Level Domain parsing that by default is NO.
Try to enable it to process the special TLD suffix.
